Note: the below packages are based on having ONE bartender, up to 100 guests, and for 4 hour time blocks. If there are more than 100 guests, we recommend adding additional bartender(s). We will arrive one before the event to set up and stay one hour after to break down/clean up (there is no cost associated with these two hours). Additionally, we can offer signature drinks. And lastly, we can provide the mixers/sodas/juices and assist in identifying the amount of alcohol, beer, and wine needed based upon the number of guests.
Depending on what package you select and you want the beverages and other products delivered to your event, we have partnered with a shopping/delivery service called Black Market (www.blackmarketmanasota.com). If you use this service, use code KEYBAR to receive a $5.00 discount. Ladies’ Shot will provide guidance with identifying the amounts of what you will need and this shopping service can pick them up and deliver to you.

Yes we carry $2 million in General Liability coverage and $2 million in Liquor Liability coverage and can provide proof to the venue upon request.
No, the host/client must provide all alcohol, beer, and wine. We will assist in identifying the amounts to purchase based on your number of guests. However, we can provide the non-acohol beverages, mixers, and garnishes based on the your package selection.
We will arrive one hour before the event begins for set up, and stay one hour after to break down and clean up. You are not charged for the set-up and break down hours.
Our package prices are based on four hour time blocks for one bartender.
We recommend 1 bartender for every 100 guests. For guests over 100 in attendance, we suggest adding additional bartender(s).
Based upon the formality of your event, our bartenders will be professionally dressed.
You may express gratuity by allowing our bartenders to utilize a tip jar OR you can provide a
cash gratuity directly to the bartender at the end of the event.
We require a 50% deposit to secure your date. We accept Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, or cash.
